  1. Hi, my name is Gammado from Wesley Primary School. I really like how you made the background a dark color and the text a light color so you can see better maybe next time you should check your spelling.

    Blog you later

  3. Good Evening Penelope,

I am Samuel, a Year 7 student attending Sacred Heart College. I am part of a trial period in which they are trying out students to be bloggers, which means it is my first experience with this sort of position. However, I did complete the Summer Learning Journey as a student in previous years.

I really like the foods you have chosen to take on your sea voyage. Though some of the foods you have chosen are very quenching to the tastebuds, some are not the easiest to store, and might rot, like the sandwich.

Other than that, I loved the presentation and layout of your blog post. the dark background really make the colours seem more vivid and bright. I love how you laid out the writing so it looks as though it is intertwining with each other. Maybe next time, inserting images would help accentuate the quality of the blog.

This was very good, Penelope, but maybe the writing needs to be read through to help spot errors in the spelling, but that is very minor. All in all, this is a very good blog post. Well done, Penelope.

    Kind Regards,
    Samuel

  4. Hi Penelope.
I'am Lukas and I attend St Pius the 10th Catholic school, I'am a year 8 this year and I'am in the Maniakalani Summer Learning Journey. Wow you had some good reasons, but the Activity said to only put in food items in and Pilows, blankets and cloths are good to bring on trips but they aren't food items.
Other than that keep up the good work Penelope!

    Kind Regards
    Lukas
