I'm a member of the Summer Learning Journey team and I notice that you've written a poem about your friends. Well done!
I think you might enjoy some of the Summer Learning Journey activities because they would give you a chance to create stories and poems too! And many of your classmates are participating so you could blog with them. There are still 3 full weeks in which to learn about "The World Around Us", which is the theme this summer. It's amazing how many plants and animals are unique to New Zealand! And it's amazing to read about unusual environments in other countries too. So I hope you'll think about participating in the program. I'll look forward to your blogs and I'll write back!
